How about ordering a beautifully decorated Christmas cake as the ideal centrepiece for your festive celebrations?  Cool and contemporary or traditional and appealing to the kids – whatever you choose – your Christmas cake will be a highlight of the holidays!   We make our rich fruit cakes to a traditional recipe with plenty of cherries, almonds and rum!  If you, or someone you know, suffers from a nut allergy it’s no problem at all to leave those out.
